RIP Malcom Mclaren

Malcom Mclaren, legendery shocker, died of cancer yesterday. he's best known for discovering and managing the sex pistols, but he also opened up a store in London with his then girlfriend Vivienne Westwood called Sex. The store was only open for a couple of hours at night and didn't sell very much clothing, but it became a punk hang out.

he's a pretty awesome guy. apparently he got kicked out of 12 art schools one of which tried to get him committed to a mental hospital.

gotta love the punk movement...
