ramona falls - i say fever

Brent Knopf, former keyboardist/guitarist of Menomena, started a solo career under the name Ramona Falls. Pretty sick song, but the best part about it is the animation.

Stefan Nadelman directed the video and, oh by the way, his film Terminal Falls premiered at sundance in 2009.
Check out the trailer here.

Walt Peregoy

Walt Peregoy was a background painter and color stylist at Walt Disney Productions in the 1950's and 60's. He worked as lead background painter on Sleeping Beauty (1959) and was the color stylist for One Hundred and One Dalmatians (1961).

Peregoy's innovative use of color and strong designs are still amazingly fresh, even fifty years later.
